Druge dvije dr\u017eave \u010dlanice koje su zabilje\u017eile pad bile su Hrvatska (-4,1%) i Poljska (-1,1%), javlja BTA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podaci Eurostata za 2025. pokrivaju samo 21 zemlju EU, od kojih je 18 prijavilo porast prodaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najve\u0107i rast zabilje\u017een je u Sloveniji (+29,9%), Litvaniji (+22,8%) i Austriji (+21,4%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U 2024. godini, u pore\u0111enju sa 2023., broj transakcija stanova je smanjen u \u0161est zemalja, a pove\u0107an u 12 zemalja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najve\u0107i pad broja transakcija u 2024. godini zabilje\u017een je u Sloveniji (-17,7%), Hrvatskoj (-13,9%) i Francuskoj (-9,4%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najve\u0107i porast zabilje\u017een je u Luksemburgu (+47,1%), Ma\u0111arskoj (+34,8%) i Holandiji (+17%).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SOFIJA &#8211; Bugarska, Hrvatska i Poljska su tri dr\u017eave \u010dlanice Evropske unije koje su zabilje\u017eile pad prodaje stambenih jedinica u 2025. godini, pokazuju novi podaci Eurostata.
